Wallace Hospital is a highly specialised 18-bed learning disability and complex needs service that delivers person-centred, compassionate care to individuals with a wide range of needs. The service is recognised for approach, combining skilled nursing, psychology, psychiatry, allied health professionals, and dedicated support staff to provide holistic, evidence-based care in a safe and therapeutic environment. A strong emphasis is placed on dignity, positive behaviour support, risk management, and meaningful engagement, ensuring patients are supported to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Your day-to-day Ensure that the highest standard of clinical care is provided Co-ordinate all clinical aspects of the hospital & ensure co-operation between clinicians Know & implement all relevant policies, procedures & regulations Update legal documentation in consultation with other colleagues in accordance with company guidelines, NMC guidelines, legislation & current research Support staff in delivering a high standard of care through regular appraisals, training & development of evidence/research-based practice Be fully up to date with all statutory law & compliance to law Work closely with the Hospital Manager to resolve concerns & provide cohesive leadership Act up as required by the Hospital Manager.Why Cygnet?
