Qualifications

  • Fully competent in tracheostomy and ventilator care.
  • Good understanding of CQC standards and clinical governance.
  • Prior background in a similar clinical setting.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage tailored care plans for adult clients with complex care needs.
  • Lead, train, and support a team of carers to maintain high standards of care.
  • Utilise complex clinical skills including tracheostomy care, ventilator care, and seizure management.
  • Work in partnership with CHC nurses, commissioners, and wider MDT to maintain bespoke care packages.
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with service users and their families.
