With a strong clinical background in urgent and/or emergency care, the Clinical Lead ACP will play a pivotal role in delivering compassionate, high-quality, patient-centred care while helping shape a service built on excellence, safety, and continuous growth. Working alongside a supportive Operations Manager and senior clinical leaders, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients, colleagues, and the future of urgent care.
This is a dynamic role that blends hands‑on clinical practice (75%) with strategic leadership and service development (25%). You will guide and empower clinicians, champion best practice, and ensure the service remains compliant, innovative, and ready to exceed expectations.

Shakespeare Walk‑in Centre, located within the Inner Leeds area, serves a diverse patient population with a variety of medical and social needs. The Walk‑in Centre is open 7 days a week, 8am to 8pm including bank holidays.
