A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a dedicated Clinical Governance Officer to support governance functions and ensure patient safety is upheld. In this role, you will collaborate with clinical managers and teams, manage complaints, and foster a culture of quality improvement. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, report writing experience, and a solid understanding of clinical governance processes. The post holder will work with the Clinical Governance Manager and Divisional Governance Manager to uphold the Trust Clinical Governance Agenda, ensuring patient safety, quality of care and patient experience are of the highest standard. The role supports the Governance Manager and Leads in the day‑to‑day management of divisional governance matters, contributes to governance meetings, supports agendas, collects data and shares information within the teams. The post holder may assess individual situations, some of which may be complex or sensitive, and identify whether issues can be resolved contemporaneously or warrant further investigation.
