Claire at Amber Mace is recruiting for a nurse qualified deputy manager to join the team at a nursing home in Church Stretton. Are you an experienced nurse leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care and supporting staff development?

About the Role

As the Deputy Nurse Manager, you’ll work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the highest standards of clinical care and compliance are maintained. You’ll take an active role in leading the nursing team, managing clinical audits, supporting with staff training, and ensuring a positive, caring environment for residents.
