A leading healthcare provider in Barnstaple is seeking a Clinical Booking Co-Ordinator to manage administration and booking processes within the Clinical Management Centre. You will play a vital role in ensuring appointments for patients are booked accurately and efficiently. The role requires flexibility in working hours, with a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week. Candidates should be proactive and detail-oriented to support optimal patient care within the organisation.

The post holders will be responsible for coordinating and undertaking the full range of administration and booking processes for the Clinical Management Centre in accordance with Patient Access Policy and Trust standards.

More detail about the role
This will include the booking of all outpatient appointments for New and Follow‑up patients in adherence with specialty booking processes and following the relevant standard operating procedures, ensuring maximum utilisation of available clinic slots.
Working Pattern: 30 hours per week. Monday to Friday, hours can be flexible – however, we would like the successful candidate to work these days over a minimum of 4 days and finish at 5 pm on 2 or 3 days during the week. The department is open 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
