Overview

Job TitleClinical Applications Specialist MR

In this role you will be responsible for demonstrating the Philips MR products and training new and existing users on our MR equipment to ensure full appreciation of its use. Your role will therefore play a critical part in growing our MR business customer satisfaction and after sales support. You will work with a broad spectrum of stakeholders and customers thereby playing a pivotal role in the ongoing success of our business. It is remote based and you must be willing to travel and at times support others within the wider team. Your ideal location would be in the Manchester / Birmingham territory.

Responsibilities

• Demonstration of MR products at customer sites or hospitals and at conferences/exhibits. Assisting Sales Account Managers by providing support to ensure that all equipment is demonstrated to best advantage.
• Manage post sales customer product training both at customer sites/hospitals and at Philips customer optimization days.
• Follow training schedules for the complete range of equipment and train customers in the use of our MR products, and to provide a formal applications report on completion of all applications visits.
• Maintain contact with existing users, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and confidence in using Philips MR equipment.
• Ensure all clinical applications training, with both new and existing customers, aligns with the Company's Quality Policy.
• Provide feedback to business/marketing management with information on reference sites system performance, competitors\' products, customer reactions and sales initiatives.
• Provide support at courses delivered by our key accounts/customers.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diagnostic Radiography degree qualification essential
• Experience in imaging equipment, specifically MR
• Strong knowledge of workflow in departments
• Strong customer service skills and relationship builder
• Capability to train others on MR equipment
• Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently throughout the UKI, with a valid driving license (a must have)

Please note that due to the role working in the healthcare environment, a standard DBS (Disclosure and Baring Service) criminal record check will be required for this role.
