A leading provider of medical imaging solutions seeks an X-ray Clinical Application Specialist to deliver training on X-ray systems to NHS Trusts and Private Hospitals. This role requires a clinical background in radiology and includes home-based work with travel. Qualifications

• Clinical background working in a radiology department as an X-ray Radiographer, PACS Administrator, or similar.
• Experience as an Applications Specialist is desirable.
• Good knowledge of X-ray products and systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver local and full product training to customers.
• Liaise regularly with technical support and sales departments.
• Represent products at exhibitions and ensure end users are trained.
• Provide local acceptance testing post-installation.
• Support sales team with proposals and input in meetings.
• Home-based role with extensive travel required.

Role Overview

Customer focused X-ray Clinical Application Specialist responsible for delivering effective training on a range of X‑ray medical imaging systems to NHS Trusts and Private Hospital Customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver local and full product training to customers prior to ‘go live’ dates.
• Liaise regularly with technical support and sales departments.
• Represent products at exhibitions and work closely with the install base to ensure all end users are fully trained.
• Provide local acceptance testing following installations and become a point of reference for all technical queries.
• Support the sales team with proposals, provide technical input in sales meetings and report on competitor activities.
• Home-based role with extensive travel to hospitals and customer sites across the territory.

Qualifications

• Clinical background working in a radiology department as an X‑ray Radiographer, PACS Administrator, PACS Super‑User, Medical Imaging Manager or Radiology Manager.
• Experience as an Applications Specialist is desirable.
• Good knowledge of X‑ray products and systems.
• Full training on the product range will be provided.
