A leading cancer care provider in Manchester is recruiting a proactive Administrator or Coordinator to support the Transformation Team. This role involves assisting with project documentation, organizing meetings, and various administrative tasks to ensure the delivery of excellent cancer care. We are recruiting for a proactive Administrator or Coordinator within our Transformation Team. The role supports a team of Project Managers to deliver various improvement projects in cancer services, with the patient experience being at the heart of everything we do.
The successful candidate will have experience in assisting with project documentation, creating agendas and minutes/actions, organising meetings, formatting data and reports, along with other administrative duties, all to a high standard.

To provide administration support primarily to the Networked Services Transformation Team, across a variety of projects within the Networked Services Division.
Supporting the team with project documentation, data analysis and reporting, and administrative duties to a high standard and working to deadlines.
A proactive team player with attention to detail, and experience in supporting projects would be beneficial. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) are required due to the variety of communication styles, formats and stakeholders involved in our projects.
