Clinic Co‑ordinators

Do you want to work in an exciting environment, providing a high quality service for patients? If yes, then come and join us in the Nephrology and Transplant directorate at the University Hospital of Wales.

We are looking for someone to join our friendly team as a Clinic Co‑ordinator to support our daily outpatient clinics. You will be working across weekdays during office hours.

We have 2 posts available: 1 × 37.5 hours (Permanent) and 1 × 25 hours (Fixed Term for 12 months to cover the needs of the service).

Main duties of the job

You will have good communication, organisation, team‑working and administration skills and experience of working with the public, reception duties and knowledge of data entry (training will be provided for our in‑house IT systems). You will have a keen eye for accuracy.

The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive, courteous and efficient reception service to patients and perform to a high standard clerical and administrative duties associated with the co‑ordination of outpatient clinics for members of the Clinical Team.

The successful candidate will fulfil the Clinic Co‑ordinator role for Transplant /Nephrology Clinics as designated and be responsible for all aspects of the preparation and delivery of these clinics.
