Overview

Be part of a global engineering team, engaged in client-side 3rd line technical support, problem diagnosis and change implementation. Provide consultancy to Technology teams and the business (EUC). Contribute to the success of Projects and other transformational change programs. Deliver appropriate change into the Production environment, in adherence to Information Security policies and Change Management best practices. Be responsible for maintaining desktop management platforms. Provide guidance and training to regional 1st and 2nd line Service Desk support teams. Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions, constantly seeking to enhance processes and the general environment. Occasionally required to work out of hours, including bank holidays and weekends. Carry out other duties as assigned. Experience working in a global enterprise environment, inc. device hardening.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the success of Projects and other transformational change programs.
  • Deliver appropriate changes into the Production environment, in adherence to Information Security policies and Change Management best practices.
  • Maintain desktop management platforms and provide guidance to regional 1st and 2nd line Service Desk support teams.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance processes and the overall environment.
  • Work out of hours when required (including bank holidays and weekends).
  • Carry out other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in a global enterprise environment, including device hardening.
  • Multi-forest Active Directory environments and Entra ID Connect.
  • Intune modern device management: AutoPilot, Co-Management, Enrollment and Configuration profiles.
  • Entra ID Conditional Access troubleshooting.
  • Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (Administrator, OSD, software deployment, update management, configuration baselines, client settings and related troubleshooting).
  • Group Policy Management: advanced policy design, manipulation and troubleshooting.
  • Automation: PowerShell (minimum level: Intermediate).
  • Extensive experience managing Windows clients, modern browsers, Microsoft 365 Apps, OneDrive, ESR, AppLocker.
  • Familiar with Certificates: request, issuance, installation & troubleshooting.
  • General network troubleshooting (VPN and Enterprise Firewall issues).
  • Copilot 365 adoption and management.
  • Nice-to-have: Intune management of macOS/iOS devices, automation (PowerShell Advanced, SCORCH runbook design), Power BI report design, MS Graph, Citrix XenApp seamless app delivery, virtualization technologies (Windows 365, AVD, VMware vSphere), client monitoring platform experience, Flexera Admin Studio for repackaging, Windows Installer authoring, familiarity with ServiceNow and Agile (Sprint).
