Client Success Manager – French Speaking, SaaS, B2B, Retention, Contract Negotiation, Sales, Account Management, Manufacturing, Technology (Hybrid 2d/w Colchester)

This is an exceptional permanent French speaking Client Success Manager opportunity with a leading tech company. The role is Hybrid with 2 days a week in the Colchester area, the other 3 days working from home. The role also requires travel (paid) to France around 6-8 times a year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fluent French & English – both written and spoken.
  • Previous B2B account management experience, including retention and growing existing business through sales.
  • Engage with customers and third parties to maintain relationships and retain accounts.
  • Negotiate renewals and occasional new sales.
  • Use Office 365, CRM and ERP tools to track account progress.
  • Develop accounts with proven track record.
Qualifications
  • Fluent French & English.
  • Solid experience in SaaS, Tech and Digital offerings.
  • Experience in manufacturing, construction or similar tech industries desirable.
  • Commutable to Colchester and able to travel to France 6–8 times a year.
  • Strong Office 365, CRM and ERP skills.
