Job description

Our client is a well-regarded independent insurance brokerage based in the West Yorkshire area; they hold chartered status and continue to produce impressive organic growth despite the recent challenges.

Due to a number of impending retirements, the need has arisen to appoint an additional client servicing executive to take over numerous client portfolio’s which a contain an interesting mix of commercial clients, mainly based around the North of England, but with some clients situated further afield.

This role will appeal to individuals with a good track record in managing existing commercial clients, able to nurture quality relationships and achieve a 90% + rate of retention. The portfolio is varied, therefore it’s important that you have an excellent all round knowledge of most classes of commercial insurance and ideally making good progress towards professional qualifications (professional studies will be fully supported).

You will be supported by a team of experienced brokers, account handlers and claims and risk experts able to collectively ensure that the client receives an exceptional level of service.

The available client portfolio is long standing and loyal and will not be under attack from any previous incumbent making this a very appealing role. It is essential that applicants have previous client facing account executive experience and it would be beneficial to have used Acturis (although system training can be provided to non-users).
