Job description

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is crucial? Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients? Are you looking to start a career rather than just find a job? If so, we are offering the opportunity to kickstart your career by joining our Client Services team as a Client Services Administrator.

About the role

As a Client Services Account Administrator, you will provide top notch admin support to the Client Services team to make our clients' activities and campaigns come alive.

You will be supporting to ensure our merchandisers in the field have all the information they need to do a great job for our clients - Including reviewing data & collating reports, writing visit briefs, instructions & questionnaires, and being first point of contact for resolving merchandiser queries. If some (or all!) of this doesn't make much sense then please still apply and we will explain more during the interview process.

This is a hybrid role, so you'll be partially based in our Bristol Head Office for 2 days a week and at home for 3 days a week.

How you'll deliver excellence
  • Act as the main point of contact for any incoming queries from clients and merchandisers, via telephone and email, responding quickly and accurately.
  • Create merchandiser briefs on behalf of our clients - putting yourself in our merchandisers shoes and acquiring all relevant information from the client.
  • Use our internal systems to schedule activity to the appropriate merchandiser, loading compliance questions to structure the task.
  • Create merchandising briefing documents to ensure merchandisers understand the task requirements.
  • Compliance checking merchandiser work and flagging non-compliance.
What makes you excellent
  • You will be Bristol based, 2 days in our Central Office
  • Strong IT literacy, particularly across the core Microsoft suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Word).
  • We'd love you to have MS Excel Skills like PivotTables, VLOOKUP or Index/Match but if you don't, that's OK, because we are going to teach you!
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A confident and accurate communicator, both written and verbal, with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Attention to detail with a ‘right first time, every time' approach.
  • Interest in retail and the inner workings of how best to get instore displays looking great - and if none of this makes sense don't be afraid to ask!
