Blue Legal has partnered with a world-class leading law firm, seeking a Client Relationship Manager to develop and strengthen relationships with priority clients, especially within the Financial Services group. This role emphasizes driving business growth, cross-selling services, and safeguarding existing revenue streams across a global network. It offers an opportunity to contribute to the firm’s growth and client strategy in a dynamic, supportive, and diverse environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with client teams to enhance relationships, identify opportunities, and cross-sell services in alignment with the firm’s strategy.
  • Analyze potential collaborations and new business opportunities, assist with pitches, and provide value-added services to clients.
  • Work with sector teams to maximize cross-selling and ensure comprehensive client coverage.
  • Deliver excellent client service, maintain regular engagement, manage fee negotiations, and ensure client satisfaction and communication.
  • Promote business development among junior staff, foster client relationships at all levels, and monitor BD initiatives.
  • Oversee financial performance of key accounts, coordinate secondments, and prepare for client meetings and presentations.

Candidate Requirements:

  • BD experience in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, preferably with private equity or financial services clients.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and commercial skills, with a client-service focus.
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels within the firm and with clients.

Note: Due to sector-specific requirements, only candidates with relevant experience in a Law Firm, Accountancy Firm, Management Consultancy, Property/Construction Firm, Financial Services Firm, or a high-profile relevant Association or Agency will be considered.
