Client Partner – Supply Chain and Operations Search

Overview

My client is a Supply Chain and Operations Executive Search specialist, headquartered in London and operating predominantly in continental Europe.

Responsibilities

• Lead a vertical and be responsible for business development, management of major client accounts and development of clients on a cross-functional, international basis.
• Drive growth of the practice, expanding presence and reputation in the vertical.
• Support extensive training and development within the team.

Team, Growth and Industries

• Current team: 20 Heads, 35% bilingual.
• Growth plan: expand to 35–40 heads in the next 2 years, developing both Business Functions and Hierarchies within the Research Team and the Client Partner team.
• Industries: Automotive, Life Sciences, Chemical & Process, and FB/Consumer goods.

Requirements

• No sector experience required; international experience is desirable but not essential.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a track record in retained search (90% of business is retained).
• Language skills are desirable due to market coverage, enabling travel across Europe to meet prestigious clients.
