Job summary

A recruitment agency based in Waltham Abbey is seeking an Integrated Services Executive to enhance customer relationships and manage administrative responsibilities. This role requires proficiency in Excel and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will handle client queries, manage stock levels, and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements while providing exceptional service. A full-time position from Monday to Friday, offering a salary of £28,000 per annum with additional benefits and annual bonuses.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Customer Care role is essential.
  • Proficient levels of Excel, Word, and Outlook skills are required.
  • Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and navigate multiple databases and systems.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Coordinate with clients to forecast demand and confirm orders.
  • Prepare and manage outbound shipments ensuring customer requirements are met.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels across locations.
  • Support cross-functional activities to drive solutions across departments.
  • Regularly update and maintain high-quality data in activity reports.
  • Respond to customer support inquiries via phone.
  • Collaborate with the client's team to provide up-to-date information.
  • Maintain and prepare status reports as needed.
