Overview

Exciting opportunity available for a proactive, highly organised Project Manager with Client Onboarding experience to join our client s Business Implementation team, who are responsible for multi‑jurisdictional projects, coordinating activities across finance, legal and product teams.

Responsibilities

Reporting into Head of On-Boarding, you will oversee client onboarding, service extensions and off‑boardings, making sure that service requirements are clear to all parties, both internal and external. The main scope of the role is to develop and maintain project plans to improve processes and procedures within onboarding, monitoring progress and keeping projects on schedule.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a proven background in financial services, along with project management expertise, and knowledge of onboarding/KYC. You will need strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between both clients and internal teams, as well as an analytical approach, attention to detail and the ability to take initiative to deliver change and process improvement.
