About the Role

We are looking for a Client Manager (Campaign Team) to join our LS11 agency on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you’ll be leading the end-to-end delivery of supplier-led media campaigns for Asda’s media partnership. You’ll manage your own strategic categories, nurture client relationships, and play a key role in mentoring junior team members — all while ensuring media is executed to a high standard across a fast-paced portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your days will be dynamic. You might find yourself:

  • Leading the full lifecycle of campaign execution across your assigned media categories
  • Managing and coaching direct reports, including regular 1:1s and reviews
  • Collaborating with Asda stakeholders, supplier brands, and internal teams
  • Championing specific media types and pioneering better ways of working
  • Ensuring campaign deadlines, quality standards, and creative accuracy are consistently met
  • Supporting the wider team with new process rollouts and optimisation initiatives
