A leading compliance software provider in the UK is seeking a Client Implementation Associate to manage client implementations. This role involves project planning, setup, and training customer staff. Candidates should have at least 2 years in a client-facing position and a Bachelor's degree. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for a successful onboarding experience. The company offers an annual salary range of £55-65k with an annual bonus opportunity.
The Client Implementation Associate is responsible for managing all aspects of new customer Implementations on KPA EHS, including initial site setup, project planning with the customer and training of the customer administration and supervisory staff. In addition to their primary duties, the Implementation Associate will also work with KPA's whole Client Success team to ensure strong customer relations and increased customer satisfaction throughout the entire customer life‑cycle.
