A leading law firm in the City of Westminster is seeking a dedicated receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The successful candidate will have duties including greeting clients, managing meeting room bookings via MRI Software, and ensuring a high level of customer service. Essential skills include administration, strong communication, and client relationship management. In this role, you'll contribute to a supportive and inclusive workplace committed to diverse talent.
This is a busy and challenging role, and the successful candidate will be working with in a team of 18 They will be the first point of contact for our clients and other members of the public visiting our office. It is essential that the role holder correctly always projects the image and ethos of the firm. This role will require a wide variety of tasks. Provide a high-quality customer focused reception service, across the firm's 3 reception desks and meeting room booking line.
