The Role

As a Client Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with a range of commercial clients. You will work alongside dedicated Account Managers and Claims Managers to ensure clients receive the highest standards of service throughout the policy lifecycle.

Key duties include:

• Overseeing renewals, securing competitive cover, and ensuring documentation accuracy.
• Handling mid-term adjustments, quotations, and policy queries.
• Liaising with clients and insurers to deliver professional advice and solutions.
• Supporting client visits at renewal and mid-term stages to strengthen relationships.
• Monitoring market conditions and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company procedures.
