Job Description: Enablement Lead is a role that involves mapping out and implementing a digital landscape for prominent global businesses, with DMPG’s expertise and backing for chosen paths. The role requires managing complex projects and communicating vision to decision makers who may initially be sceptical.

You will thrive if you enjoy setting your own agenda, are highly organized, and can handle sensitive situations with emotional intelligence. Client Enablement Leads typically manage multifaceted projects and should have a good working understanding of all DMPG services (see website). This skill breadth is desirable but can be developed on the job where there is sufficient aptitude.

What we do

Our core enablement services cover six key components within two service strands:

DATA COLLECTION

  1. Data layer strategy, design and implementation
  2. Tag management strategy, deployment and maintenance
  3. Analytics strategy, implementation and insights support

DATA ACTIVATION

  1. Conversion rate optimisation strategy, execution and insights support
  2. Personalisation strategy, execution and insights support
  3. Omni-channel digital customer experience journey orchestration

We typically start with a single problem and broaden engagement by delivering impactful insights or quick-win CRO tests. The cornerstone of our services is accurate data trusted by the organisation.

Our Three Role Types

  1. Engineers (coding)
  2. Enablement Leads (client accounts management)
  3. Enablement Specialists (project management within accounts)
Responsibilities

Reporting to the COO, you will support client tasks and ensure the team provides best possible support to deliver for clients and advance your career. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Being the primary interface for clients running their workstreams as per the six core services. We use Adobe & Google centric base technology, and may engage with Email & Ad Networks managed by a CDP.
  • Ensuring client requirements are understood, documented and validated, and helping define requirements.
  • Managing client delivery of tasks related to your primary subject area (Data Collection, Analytics implementation, etc.).
  • Research: interrogating client data, competitors, UX research and AI CX evaluation tools to generate test ideas.
  • Execution: scoping tests, briefing the dev team, overseeing development & launch, and monitoring results.
  • Evaluation: building test results dashboards and reporting actions.
  • Strategy: turning test results into narratives for change, typically during quarterly reviews.
  • Cross-Channel Interface: coordinating with other DMPG teams to enhance programs and extend successes across channels.
  • Support COO and clients with digital experience strategy and tool selection.
  • Provide training to clients on core tools and become a subject matter expert in one of the six service strands.
Essential skills and experience

Data Activation Specialist – Technical

  • 1, 3 or 5+ years' experience with Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics, including admin and reporting
  • Ability to support clients across Data Collection and Data Activation workstreams
  • Proficient in Google/Microsoft Office tools

Personal

  • Proactive by default
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
  • Excellent task management and ability to triage
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Sense of humour
Salary and benefits

We have a 95% offer acceptance rate and no candidate has turned down a DMPG offer. 0% staff turnover in 2023. Benefits include:

  • All salary bands by level: Junior EL up to £53k, Base EL £53–£64k, Senior EL £64–£74.5k

Location

Home-based (Remote), with monthly Central London meetups or weekly coworking sessions. Enablement Lead: UK only with up to ~3 hours travel from London; Enablement Specialist: Europe+ (up to ~2 hours different time zones); Engineer: Worldwide.
