We are delighted to be working with Jigsaw24, the UK's leading provider of creative technology, products, and services as they look to expand their Media & Entertainment team with an experienced Account Manager.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Head of Media Sales, this is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven Client Director / Key Account Manager to play a key role in Jigsaw24's continued growth throughout 2026 and beyond. You'll focus on the Media & Entertainment (M&E) market, with responsibility for both developing existing client relationships and driving new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Driving commercial success through account management, business development, and growth against gross profit targets.
  • Building strong relationships with existing accounts while identifying and securing new opportunities.
  • Selling service and support‑led solutions from Jigsaw24's media portfolio.
  • Providing accurate forecasting and pipeline management using Salesforce.
  • Representing Jigsaw24 at industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings.
Qualifications
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the Media & Entertainment sector.
  • Strong knowledge of live production, broadcast, and associated markets, and a willingness to keep learning as technology evolves.
  • Experience in selling both products and service‑led solutions.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, able to thrive in a fast‑paced and evolving industry.
