Our General Insurance division is a key driver of our growth. We are now hiring a Client Development Director to expand our strategic presence across the London insurance market.

The Opportunity

As Client Development Director, you will play a pivotal role in developing and securing long-term, strategic relationships with key clients across the London insurance market - focusing on Lloyd's Brokers, Syndicates, MGAs, and TPAs. Your success will directly influence the strength of our market partnerships and the growth of our Specialty London Market team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and win new strategic client relationships across the London insurance market
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted partnerships with C-suite, HR, and hiring leaders
  • Develop bespoke talent solutions aligned to clients' hiring and growth strategies
  • Act as a brand ambassador for IDEX Consulting in the London Market
  • Collaborate with the London Market team to generate and convert high-quality job flow
  • Achieve a personal revenue target which will also drive success for colleagues across the Division
  • Attend key industry events and build a profile across the Lloyd's and London market landscape
