A leading insurance company in Leeds is seeking a talented Client Advisor to service new and existing clients in commercial insurance. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in insurance and possess strong literacy, numeracy, and communication skills. We are seeking a talented individual to join our Enterprise team at Marsh Commercial. This role will be based in Leeds. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least 4 days a week in the office.
Within your role you’ll be responsible for servicing both new & existing clients with a range of commercial insurance products.
For this role we are happy to consider those with either personal lines or commercial insurance experience including areas such as claims, account handling or underwriting. If successful you’ll be provided with a first-class induction, as well as be given the opportunity to attain chartered insurance qualifications.
Once you have received initial training and support, you will be responsible for servicing a dedicated portfolio of clients, this can involve managing renewals, invoicing, producing new quotes, upselling / cross selling additional products whilst handling any additional queries that are presented.
Ideally you’ll have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within insurance, this can be from either personal lines or within commercial insurance
Strong literacy, numeracy, administration and communication skills that can be demonstrated via qualifications / grades gained during education
Ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work flexibly when required
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
Have experience utilising the Microsoft Office suite and similar products
A desire for a long-term career within the insurance industry
