The Role

You will provide a comprehensive administrative service to the medical and nursing teams within the ward environment.

  • The ability to effectively communicate with and provide support to all medical staff within the department and the wider team.
  • Enthusiasm, motivation and a positive outlook.
  • Organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team and be responsive to change within challenging timescales.
  • To book and notify patients of clinic appointments, both written and verbally.
  • Ad-hoc duties as required.

  • Office experience with associated keyboard skills.
  • Experience of Healthcare environment.
  • Experience of working in a reception area.
  • Knowledge of Trakcare Patient Management System.
