A healthcare provider in Scotland is seeking a Clerical Officer/Receptionist for the Dundee Dental Hospital. This role involves providing a full health records service and acting as a clinic receptionist. Candidates should possess strong organisational and communication skills, along with experience in a public-facing role within the NHS. Dundee Dental Hospital Health Records – Clerical Officer/Receptionist Band 2 (Temporary up to 3rd February 2026).
Applications are invited for the above post based in Health Records, Dundee Dental Hospital.
The postholder will provide a full health records service to all clinical departments, clinic and undergraduate staff within the Dundee Dental Hospital, other Hospitals, General Dental Practices and General Practices. The postholder will also provide a clinic receptionist service in the Health Records Department, Dundee Dental Hospital.
Hours of work are 37 hours per week; Monday to Friday.
Your performance must comply with the national Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers 2009 and with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers.
Current NHS Tayside Employees – Written approval must be sought from your line manager prior to applying for this secondment. You will be required to bring this if shortlisted for interview.
