Overview

Role: Cleaning Operative - Permanent and Casual roles available

School: Talbot Primary School

Hours: 13.75 hours per week, 3:15pm to 6:00pm Monday to Friday

Working weeks: Term time plus 4 weeks - 43 working weeks. 1 week Easter, 2 hours and 45 minutes, Monday to Friday and 3 weeks in summer worked over a 2 week period, 4 hours and 8 minutes, Monday to Friday, for deep clean

Salary: HET Poole Grade B (SCP 2), £24,413 Full Time Equivalent. Pro rata salary £8,565.93 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Cleaning Operatives to join our experienced cleaning team at Talbot Primary School, part of Hamwic Education Trust (HET).

HET is a large, fast-paced Trust with currently 37 academies across the South Coast. Linked to 6 community-based partnerships, there are 34 primary academies, 2 secondary and 1 hospital school.

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced individual with high standards of cleaning to join our afterschool cleaning team. Candidates will strive to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness are maintained throughout the school on a daily basis. It is essential you are able to work in a team as well as on your own. Talbot Primary is an ambitious, friendly and happy school for children aged 4 to 11 years. Recently graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted (January 2022), we are looking for enthusiastic and flexible cleaning operatives to join our team.
