A leading facilities management provider in Lisburn is seeking an experienced Cleaning Operative to maintain a clean and hassle-free environment. The role requires previous cleaning experience and conversational English skills. You will be responsible for various cleaning tasks from floors to restrooms. • Location: SERC, Lisburn
• Hours Per Week: 20 hours (06:30 - 10:30, Monday to Friday).
• Job Type: Part-Time

The Cleaning Operative shall

• Sweep, suction clean, mop, dry buff, spray clean, spray wax, machine scrub and dry, strip and re-polish floors using appropriate equipment
• Clean and remove stains of soft floor surfaces (carpets/matting) using the appropriate cleaning method
• Clean body fluids/solids from time to time using the appropriate cleaning method
• Clean toilet and shower areas including the fixtures and fittings and replenish toiletries
• Clean, wash and dust ledges, walls, fixtures, fittings and internal surfaces. Polishing furniture where appropriate
• Empty and clean internal litter bins and remove litter to the designated collection points
• Use and care for any cleaning equipment issued in an appropriate and safe manner
• Complete all necessary paperwork
• Any other reasonable duties required by the Facilities Manager to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of the contract

About You

Essential Criteria

1. Demonstrate previous experience in a similar cleaning role
2. Demonstrate and be able to speak conversational English
