Cleaning and Housekeeping Manager

Location: Littlemore Mental Health Centre - OX4 4XN

Trust: Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust

Band/Pay rate: Band 7 - £27.01 per hour

Hours: 37.5hrs - Mon-Fri (Apply online only)

Full driving licence required - role involves travelling between Trust sites.

THIS IS A TEMPORARY ROLE for approximately 3 months

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring the effective operational running of soft FM services which includes the management of ancillary and administrative staff, including cleaning, catering, security and waste management.
  • Working independently using your own initiative to provide expert advice and resolutions forward areas and departments across the Trust.
Person Specification / Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a similar role for an NHS trust preferred
  • Food hygiene and waste management knowledge
  • People management experience essential
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Full UK drivers licence and the willingness to travel to various sites within the group.
