Job Title: Cleaner - Healthcare

Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour

Contractual Hours: 20 per week

Contract: Permanent

Type of Employment: Part Time

Location: Herts HPFT NHS, Cygnet House, Old College Court, Priory Street, Ware, Hertfordshire, England, SG12 0DE

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer, ensuring the contract service delivery is of a high standard and meets all SLA agreements while adhering to cleaning schedules.
• Ensure the hospital has a reputation for high-quality soft services and look for opportunities to develop this further where possible.
• Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
• Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Work to own initiative where appropriate; be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
• Capable of working to a schedule, be a team player and strive for continuous improvements in service delivery.
