Overview

Job Title: Cleaner - Healthcare

Rate of Pay: £12.60 per hour

Hours: 35.7 per week

Contract: Permanent

Type of Employment: Full Time

Location: Hinchingbrooke Hospital, Park Road, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, England, PE29 6NT

Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent service of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. Ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard and meets all SLA agreements whilst adhering to the cleaning schedules.
  • Ensure the hospital has a reputation for its high-quality soft services and look for opportunities to develop this further where possible.
  • Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
  • Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.
  • Work to own initiative where appropriate; be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
  • Ability to work to a schedule, be a team player, and strive for continuous improvements in service delivery.
