A facilities management company in Blackburn is seeking a cleaning operative to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained. Responsibilities include cleaning various areas, managing waste collection, and assisting with laundry duties. The ideal candidate should exhibit good timekeeping skills, professionalism, and the ability to work both alone and within a team. Previous cleaning experience is desirable, but full training will be provided, along with support for enhanced DBS checks.
As a cleaning operative you will be required to undertake cleaning duties across the site ensuring a complete cleaning service is provided in compliance with CQC and Health & safety Regulations.
(The CQC is the body which makes sure Health service`s provide people with safe effective and compassionate care).
Previous experience of cleaning is desirable; however, full training will be provided.
