A progressive social housing provider in the UK seeks a reliable cleaner to join their team. This role involves varied cleaning duties across various premises including offices and communal buildings. While previous cleaning experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be given. Candidates must have a full driving license and undergo a satisfactory DBS check. Salary: £24,242.40 per year Pro Rata Foundation Living Wage.
Hours: 37 hours per week.
We are looking for a reliable cleaner to join our team at Coastline. This post involves cleaning duties in a variety of premises across Coastline’s estate, including offices, communal buildings and Voids premises. This is a varied and busy role with constant changing priorities, with no one day the same. Previous experience of cleaning in these areas would be an advantage, but is not required as full training will be given.
Some tasks may involve working in environments where there is a need to safely handle and dispose of hazardous items, such as needles. Full training and protective equipment will be provided to ensure your safety.
A full driving licence and satisfactory basic DBS check is required.
