Job Title: Cleaner

Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour

Contract: Permanent

Type of Employment: Part Time

Hours: 8 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Wednesday to Saturday

Location: Co Op, 69 High Street, Marske-by-the-Sea, Redcar, North Yorkshire, England, TS11 6JL

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs.
• Build knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements.
• Undertake successfully all training required to deliver the cleaning role.
• Work within a team and/or on own initiative, developing positive and productive working relationships with customers and delivering excellent customer service.
• Seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Flexible approach to the role; open, honest, self-driven and determined.
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
