Overview

We are currently hiring for an Estate Cleaner to work on a residential development based in West London.

Salary: £25,262.27 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm (30-minute break)

Responsibilities
  • Deal with the day-to-day external internal and other requests from Management Team.
  • Be familiar with COSHH & health and safety implications whilst working
  • Daily visual checks on important areas: e.g. toilets, site tidiness, lifts, stairways, lighting, security, parking, refuse areas, fire alarms smoke detectors, bin stores
  • Complete daily clean of all allocated internal communal area.
  • Ensure that all communal bins areas are presented at the relevant point and correct timefor collection by the local authority and are returned to the bin store in a timely mannerfollowing collection
  • Ensure all internal communal areas of the development are kept clear, safe, clean, andfree of litter
  • Visually check fire signage is clearly displayed in all relevant areas.
  • Ensure management are aware of all defective light bulbs
  • Report any repairs required that cannot be dealt with on site to the management teamwhen identified as part of the daily checks and maintain an onsite log of all repairs due and completed
  • Keep records listing incidents, accidents, problems and observations.
  • Monitor the use and storage of all janitorial and cleaning materials in use at the development, and inform management team when new stocks is required
  • To be prepared to attend any training courses such as Health & Safety awareness, etc.
  • To liaise with the residents
  • Undertake any other duties as appropriate and as requested by the Estate Manager.
Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have previous experience working as a Cleaner in a similar environment i.e. residential, corporate offices or hotels.
