Overview

Pinnacle Group are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. You will be joining our Facilities Management Cleaning Team based in Humberston. Your role will be to provide and maintain a clean, safe and healthy environment for staff, users and visitors to a high standard throughout the Residential housing site. This is a part time permanent role working a total of 3 hours per week between Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM, and the schedule can be flexible to fit around your availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Damp & spot mopping, damp dusting and polishing of surfaces, fixtures and fittings
• Cleaning toilet facilities, hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels
• Cleaning and sanitising touch points, door handles, push plates, and other surfaces
• Removal of waste from internal litter bins within the offices and meeting rooms
• Keeping tea/coffee points clean and tidy at all times
• Vacuuming carpeted areas including barrier matting

Key Requirements

• Adherence to safe working practices and consideration for site staff
• Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses
