Responsibilities

As a Cleaning Operative you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs. Build your knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand when work needs to be carried out. Use all cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, following Health and Safety requirements. Undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role. Work within a team, taking initiative and building positive, productive relationships with all customers. Deliver excellent customer service, continuously improving and exceeding expectations.

Qualifications

Basic communication and reading skills in English. Previous cleaning experience desirable, but not essential. Flexible approach to the role. Open, honest, self‑driven, determined, reliable, hardworking with a professional attitude.
