Salary: Up to 32000 per annum

Location: Birmingham

Hours: Full-time Approx. 48 hours per week 4 on / 4 off rota

We are recruiting a Cleaner to support a high-profile Birmingham restaurant opening operated by a group behind Michelin- and AA-accredited venues.

This is a vital role within the business helping to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across front-of-house, back-of-house and staff areas throughout breakfast, lunch and dinner service.

The Role

You will be responsible for ensuring the venue remains clean, safe and welcoming for guests and staff at all times.

Duties include
  • Cleaning dining areas, staff facilities, toilets and back-of-house areas as required
  • Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and sanitising surfaces
  • Emptying bins and managing waste disposal correctly
  • Following cleaning schedules, COSHH, HACCP and health & safety procedures
  • Supporting deep cleans and pre/post-service resets
  • Reporting maintenance or hygiene issues promptly to management
