Job Summary

We’re hiring a Clay & Outbound Automation Specialist to lead the setup, optimization, and management of outbound sales workflows using Clay, Phantombuster, Zapier, and other enrichment tools. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives in technical growth environments and is excited by the challenge of building scalable outbound engines from scratch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and manage outbound outreach workflows using tools like Clay, Phantombuster, and enrichment APIs
  • Build dynamic, multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone, personalized by job title, industry, tech stack, and intent signals
  • Collaborate with BDRs and marketing to design messaging frameworks, email cadences, LinkedIn sequences, and phone scripts
  • Design enrichment workflows that aggregate data from multiple sources to identify and qualify ICP leads
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting on outbound funnel performance and pipeline contribution
  • Test and iterate new strategies to improve deliverability, reply rates, and conversion metrics
  • Ensure data cleanliness, CRM hygiene, and GTM tech stack reliability across all touchpoints
  • Proven experience in a similar outbound or growth operations role
  • Strong working knowledge of Clay and its integration capabilities
  • 5+ years in technical GTM, sales ops, or marketing ops roles
  • Proficient with tools like Clearbit, Apollo, HubSpot, Zapier, Google Sheets, and Phantombuster
  • Comfortable working with APIs, enrichment logic, and automation platforms
  • Deep understanding of ICP development, B2B outbound strategy, and buyer journeys
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, communicate clearly, and take initiative
  • Highly analytical, test-driven mindset with strong attention to detail

Project compensation: starting at 1400 GBP dependent on experience
