Are you passionate about Teaching and Learning and dedicated to making a positive impact on Children’s lives? The team at Beverley Minster Church of England Primary School are looking to appoint a part‑time classroom teacher to work in EYFS, who will play a pivotal role in inspiring the next generation of young learners.

Beverley Minster aims to create a safe, supportive environment where everyone is given the opportunity to achieve their full potential. We believe that learning should be exciting. We also recognise that learning may be hard work that needs persistence and determination, but children should be provided with the tools they need to progress regardless of starting point or background.
Our school is a welcoming community where our distinctive Christian ethos promotes a safe, happy, healthy and nurturing environment. Together, we empower children with the confidence, independence and resilience to become life‑long learners and to play a positive role in their community.
Within The Education Alliance Multi Academy Trust, there are lots of opportunities for collaboration and further development. As a trust, we are here to make great schools and happier, stronger communities so that people have better lives.
For too long in many schools, staff have been asked to choose between being seen as good at their job and being a good mum, dad, partner, son, daughter or friend. We are doing everything we can to support our staff to balance the demands of their jobs and those at home.
Above all, we recognise that seeking to remove the number of tasks staff undertake will have little effect on improving work/home balance if this happens within a toxic culture. To support this, we offer training for our leaders to ensure they are able to translate our values into behaviours which are built on the principles of dignity, respect, professionalism and integrity.
