Grundisburgh Primary School is a welcoming 1-form entry primary school nestled in the charming village of Grundisburgh, conveniently located between Woodbridge and Ipswich. We are seeking a kind and welcoming Class Teacher to lead a Year 1 class and take on the exciting responsibility of leading a subject area within the school. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and motivated teacher looking to join a supportive and forward-thinking team in a school rated Good by Ofsted (2022).

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver well-structured, engaging lessons tailored to Year 1 pupils

  • Work collaboratively with staff and contribute positively to the school community
  • Promote the safety, wellbeing, and development of all pupils.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Demonstrable ability to lead a subject area within a primary school setting
  • Strong classroom management skills with a focus on kindness and inclusivity.
