The Opportunity

Long Term Futures are looking for an individual with a passion for fostering creativity and critical thinking in young learners for an exciting opportunity in the Romford area.

You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons across Key Stage 2, monitoring pupil progress, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. This role offers the chance to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the development of the school's curriculum and enrichment activities.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons across KS2.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback and support.
  • Promote positive behaviour and a supportive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and learning outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil progress.
