We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Class Instructor to join our team in Rugby, United Kingdom. As a Class Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to diverse groups of students, fostering a positive learning environment, and helping students achieve their educational goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives
- Deliver engaging and interactive instruction to students of various skill levels and backgrounds
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance the overall learning experience
- Keep accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance
- Stay updated on best practices in teaching methodologies and subject matter expertise
- Participate in professional development opportunities to continually improve instructional skills
- We are looking for the perfect candidate to be able to teach Aqua, Strength, Pilates, Cycle, Yoga, Legs, Bums & Tums, Level 2 Gym Instructor & Level 3 Personal Training qualifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
- Teaching certification or relevant instructor certification (may be required depending on the specific class type)
- Previous teaching or instructing experience, preferably with diverse groups of students
- Expertise in the subject matter being taught (specific subject to be determined)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Excellent classroom management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development
- Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching methods to various learning styles
- Strong interpersonal skills and patience when working with students
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Enthusiasm for teaching and a supportive attitude towards student learning
- Willingness to work in Rugby, United Kingdom
