Job summary

A leading specialist in fuel transportation in the UK seeks an experienced Class 1 ADR Tanker Driver. You will ensure the safe transport and delivery of fuel to ports and docks across the country, working Monday to Friday with morning starts and nights out. Applicants must hold a valid Class 1 (C+E) licence, CPC Card, and ADR Licence. Full training is available for the right candidate on fuel transfer procedures at sites. Competitive pay rate of £19-£22 per hour.

  • Experience with fuel tankers is required.

Pay Rate: £19-£22 per hour

Our client, a well-established specialist in fuel transportation, is seeking an experienced Class 1 ADR Tanker Driver to join their professional team.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the safe transport and delivery of fuel to ports and docks across the UK. This is a Monday-Friday role with morning starts and regular nights out due to nationwide coverage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operating Class 1 fuel tankers to deliver fuel to ports, docks, and vessels
  • Transferring fuel to ships/vessels via hose (manual handling involved)
  • Completing vehicle checks, delivery documentation, and maintaining safety standards
  • Adhering to ADR and company compliance procedures
Requirements
  • Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
  • Valid CPC Card
  • Digital Tachograph Card
  • ADR Licence - Category 3 (Flammable Liquids) on Tankers
  • Previous experience working with fuel tankers
  • Ability to work away from home and complete nights out
  • Strong focus on safety and professionalism
Training

Full training can be provided for the right candidate on fuel transfer procedures at sites.
