Our client is a dynamic and fiercely independent commercial insurance brokerage, based in the Leeds area, with smart modern offices and plenty of parking. They have been consistently achieving impressive growth, which has opened up lots of fantastic career opportunities.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join the claims team, where you will receive continuous training in different lines of insurance risks. You will ensure an accurate, efficient, professional, and a market leading claims service is provided to Clients and Insurers in accordance with their needs and requirements, whilst providing support to the Claims Manager, Client Servicing Director & Directors where required.

You will be managing claims from across different products, such as motor, property & liability, ensuring service standards are met and/or exceeded, keeping an efficient diary system for all claims, ensuring claims are chased as required.

You will develop and maintain a full understanding of Acturis, providing the broking department and clients with claims information and reports as required, ensuring complex claims are handled as per the company procedures, acknowledging all new claims to both clients and insurers and keep clients informed, and ensure best outcome on each claim.

Although mainly a desk based role, there will be the need, from time to time, to visit clients with the account executives, to discuss claims and risk prevention.
