We have an exciting new opportunity to join our Waste Network team as a Civils Site Supervisor across the Leicestershire and Derbyshire area; duties will be based out of our Leicester Water Centre. This role is to take ownership and accountability for the correct scoping and promotion of reactive repairs across your area of responsibility, covering civils repairs, patching and lining repairs and frame and cover replacements.
Taking ownership of reactive repairs to the sewerage network, you''ll build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the effective delivery of operational works whilst minimising the impact on our customers and their communities. This will be done by working in partnership with the Reactive Leads, Reactive sewer services, Planning and Scheduling teams and our delivery contract partners. Ensuring all promoted work follows correct process and is delivered safely, cost effectively and without risk to our customers or ODIs.
The role will include being part of a company standby rota which operates 24/7, 365 days a year. The role will include working across different regions or areas as required.
