Where will you be working?

At M Group Energy were enabling the energy essential to support our lives. We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation. This role will be within our Transmission and Renewablesteam in Wales and South West England. We design, build and commission substations at voltages up to and including 400kV. Our teams construct and maintain transmission lines and substations, ensuring the efficient and reliable delivery of electricity.

What will you be doing?
  • Were looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor to help keep things running smoothly on-site. Youll support the Site Manager with day-to-day operations, making sure everythings safe, on schedule, and up to standard.
  • From managing teams and subcontractors to keeping records tidy and materials flowing, youll be right at the heart of the action.

  • Make sure everyone knows what theyre doing and how to do it right
  • Keep quality high and deadlines on track

What youll bring
  • SSSTS Site Supervisor certified
  • NVQ Level 3+ in Civil Engineering
  • Grid Competent Person
  • Holds CSCS/CPCS/ECITB Safety Card
  • First Aid at Work qualified
  • Bonus if youve got Lift Supervisor, Temp Works, or HSG47
  • 5+ years in Electricity Transmission/Distribution
  • 2+ years leading teams
  • Confident using Word, Excel, and Outlook
