The ideal candidate will manage delivery of earthworks, drainage, and building structures for the Washwood Heath Depot. The role requires strong project management skills and experience in managing complex projects. A competitive salary of £54,000 - £64,000 is offered, with a minimum of 3 days/week in office.

Qualifications

• Project management experience with a focus on civils and buildings.
• Experience working on NEC contracts is advantageous.
• Must have experience of managing high value, complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of the civils and buildings scope for the Washwood Heath Depot.
• Oversee work packages including earthworks, drainage, and building structures.
• Ensure successful construction, testing, and handover of civil and building assets.
